Eric G. Bullock, M.Ed is currently the Leader of Student Culture at Foundation Academy in Trenton, New Jersey. Prior, he was the Student Support Manager at Titusville Academy. Bullock is the founder of Culture in Educational Excellence and  CEO of the non-profit Culture is K.E.Y. (Knowledge and Excellence for our Youth). Bullock organizes a leadership development program that teaches chess to youth which incorporating the power of problem solving, positive engagement and conflict resolution.

         Bullock is a 2007 graduate of Norfolk State University earning a B.S. degree in Education, and a Master’s in Education from Grand Canyon University in 2016. During his time at Norfolk State University, Bullock was a standout football athlete. He was named to the pre-season All MEAC Conference Team and selected to participate in the East Coast Bowl Game. Bullock also led the defensive line at NSU in tackles with 47. His football achievements led him to pursue a professional career and he played for three semi pro teams, the Montana Outlaws of Billings Montana, the Rochester Raiders of Rochester, New York and finally the Trenton Steel of the Southern Indoor Football league. As an athlete, Bullock volunteered as a coach for several area football teams including the Princeton University Tigers Varsity football team and the Trenton Tornadoes Freshman football team.

          Eric Bullock is the recipient of The Junior Honoree award for Men’s Day at Shiloh Baptist Church and the “Family First Award” from Foundation Academy. This prestigious accolade is awarded to individuals who consistently go above and beyond “regular duties” and demonstrate a deeper passion for students, their family and the Trenton, New Jersey community. In addition, Bullock coordinates the “100th Day of School Event” on behalf of the Foundation Academy. The event attracts national media coverage reporting 100+ community leaders who encourage the youth to be all they can be.

          Eric G. Bullock is married to Ka’Neda Bullock, president and founder of Master Plan Investment Group. They are proud parents of Bella Joanne and Madison Lorene Bullock. The Bullocks reside in Trenton, New Jersey.
